Boca Raton office opened to support current and future hospitality projects in the Florida market

Columbia, MD – June 10, 2021 – First Finish aims to more effectively serve the Florida market with the opening of an office in Boca Raton. The new office will manage all current and future hospitality renovation and construction projects in Florida. Leading the Boca Raton office will be longtime executive Brian Bagniefski, Vice President of First Finish for over 12 years.

Over the last two decades, First Finish has completed over 30 renovation and construction projects across the state of Florida including iconic properties such as 1 Hotel South Beach, Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, W Fort Lauderdale, and W South Beach. With ongoing projects in the market as well as numerous future opportunities, the need to establish a permanent office in Florida became vital. Vice President Brian Bagniefski will lead the Boca Raton office as General Manager, with support from the headquarters location in Columbia, MD. Having a permanent presence in the state of Florida will allow First Finish to continue to grow relationships, and increase access to local resources that will contribute greatly to the success of current and future projects in the area. With over $230 million-dollars’ worth of hospitality renovation and construction projects completed in The Sunshine State over the last 20 years, First Finish is proud to plant permanent roots and looks forward to new opportunities as a local hospitality general contractor.
