Columbia, MD – May 13, 2021 – First Finish is proud to announce that longtime executives Bryan Higgins and David Puglisi have taken ownership interest in First Finish, alongside founders David and Lori Burman, and have been promoted to Partner.

David Burman founded First Finish with Lori Burman in 1999 with one mission in mind—to deliver fast-track, premier general contracting and construction services to the hospitality industry. Bryan Higgins and David Puglisi joined the team in 2005, and their years of experience combined with advanced knowledge of the industry pushed the boundaries of what was once thought possible for this small, family-owned business. In the last 16 years First Finish has grown exponentially, inviting the need to expand the headquarters location as well as open a second office on the West Coast and a third office location that will be announced soon. Bryan and David’s dedication to the company has resulted in internal growth and employee development, successful business relationships, and unmatched project delivery from preconstruction to completion. Bryan and David look forward to their continued journey as Partner.
