Project Highlights

• Renovation introduced the first Bamford Haybarn Spa in the United States with plans to expand the brand nationwide.

• Project was a component of a certified LEED Silver renovation of the 1 Hotel South Beach, which also included construction of a salon, the country’s first Spartan Gym, and a restaurant.

• Custom millwork and FF&E, comprised of all-natural materials, were used to represent the Bamford Haybarn concept of combining nature, health, and wellness.

• Schedule was successfully maintained without compromising design intent, despite challenging existing conditions.
