Project Highlights
The 1930s Vista Mar Monte has been reincarnated as the Mar Monte Hotel, becoming Santa Barbara's newest lifestyle boutique hotel.
Project consisted of tub-to-shower conversions, ADA upgrades, new electrical to accommodate new FF&E layouts, full mechanical upgrades, and fire alarm/fire suppression upgrades.
A subtle, earthen color palette, natural textures, and textile-like carpeting was employed to give a Spanish-style feel.

Project Scope
The Mar Monte Hotel, previously Hyatt Centric Santa Barbara, is the latest property to join The Unbound Collection by Hyatt. The extensive renovation included 200 guest rooms and corridors in five (5) individual buildings across three (3) acres of Spanish-influenced grounds.
