Project Highlights

• The 28-week renovation included new carpet, vinyl, paint, and wallcovering in 1,016 guest rooms, pre-function area, two ballrooms, and 17 meeting rooms.

• Work was executed with predominantly local subcontractors with several holding special MWBE certifications, as required.

• The pre-function and ballroom renovation schedules were compressed to meet deadlines, minimally disrupting property operations.
