W Fort Lauderdale
Comprised of 266 guest rooms, 121 owner condominiums, and corridors, the W Fort Lauderdale project required efficient and detailed phasing. Two separate ownership schedules were managed concurrently--one for the guest rooms and one for the condominiums. The project was delivered successfully even while areas of the property remained operational during the renovation, allowing for maximum revenue to be generated with minimal disruption to guests.
