The project was completed in 25 weeks, after an 8-week preconstruction phase. Completed in two phases, the renovation was comprised of 296 guestrooms and public spaces, including the lobby and check-in area as well as meeting spaces and dining areas. The manta ray mosaic, carpet, textured wall surfaces, paint, new vanities, and new vanity tops with back-lit mirrors were a part of the installation package.
